How the three connect

Location intelligence also covers what passes between places. The three samples share a region and a June, and one fact crosses from one place to another.

  • The venue's report is about Venue A, the estate the wedding chose for 26 June 2027.
  • The shoot runs from 14 to 19 June 2027 at a farm on the peat, the week before the wedding.
  • That week an open-air event in the region takes the beds near the venue and the rig mats the shoot's crane was to stand on. The venue's report counts it as a full week; the shoot counts it as a risk to the crane.

How the system accounts for it

  1. 01 An event is recorded once, as a fact about a place: where it is, the days it runs, its source and grade. What it is likely to draw on within its reach, such as the beds within fifteen minutes' drive or the region's rig mats, is reasoned from its size and kept apart from the fact.
  2. 02 Every place and date within that reach takes the fact as a given, so the venue's year and the shoot's week read the same record, not two copies of it.
  3. 03 Each sample turns the one fact into its own risk: weekends the venue cannot sell to guests from abroad, and a crane without mats for the shoot. No risk is counted twice.
  4. 04 When the fact changes, because the event moves or its licence is refused, every watch within its reach recomputes its odds.
  5. 05 Only public facts pass between the samples. The couple's brief never reaches the producer or the venue, and the producer's never reaches the wedding.
