    Independence

We take no commissions and no placement fees. No venue or owner can pay to rank higher: a venue may buy intelligence about its own place, never a rank, and our ranking does not know who is a customer. Clients pay for the analysis, which is why nobody else can buy it.

    Evidence

Every fact carries its source and a grade for how reliable the source is and how well the fact is confirmed. What the data cannot answer is stated as open, never guessed.

  3. 03

    Privacy

We look at places, not persons, and check nobody. Crime, noise and population are shown as the area figures they are, never pointed at a household, and a neighbour's sale price or valuation is never shown.

    The law

Where Dutch law draws its lines for intelligence about places is a question we have put to a lawyer, and we will say here what the answer is. Until then we read places and the register facts about them, and nothing more.

    What is not done yet

The samples show the work on fictional clients. Prices are on request.
