The sample: a venue's report

An estate's own report, 2027–2030.

This report contains no rank, no other venue and no client's brief: our ranking does not know who is a customer.

What a venue receives about its own place: what is coming over the fence, what lies under and lives on the estate, how a planner's check sees it, and which weekends its guests have nowhere to sleep.

The watch on the estate

The report is the intelligence, and it is right on the day it is written. Around a venue the council, the plans and the water keep moving, so the watch keeps the report right: each alert came with the days left to act.

7 days to act

The council puts the events ordinance on its agenda: the vote is on 18 February, and residents may speak until the 15th. The owner registers to speak the same day.

The housing plan is decided, and the first homes, 190 metres away, are occupied from spring 2028. The licence's limits for music tighten that day, so the estate's 2028 contracts are written to them before they are signed.
